We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of a direct customer data brokerage model. We may share information with:

8. Account deletion

EchoText intends to support in-app account deletion for customers using the mobile app. If a customer cannot access the app, they may contact support. Deleting an account may not automatically stop external app store billing, and customers remain responsible for cancelling subscriptions through the relevant app store where required.

9. International transfers

EchoText may process or store data in multiple jurisdictions depending on infrastructure, support, hosting, and service providers. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use safeguards appropriate to the transfer context.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No service can guarantee absolute security, and customers should also protect their account credentials and devices.

11. Children

EchoText is not directed to children and is not intended for use by minors who are not legally able to form binding service relationships in the relevant jurisdiction.

12. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request and may decline or limit requests where permitted by law.

13. Policy changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we may revise the date above and take other steps we consider appropriate for the nature of the change.
