How this support page should be used

This page gives EchoText customers a direct support contact when in-app help is unavailable or when an email trail is more appropriate for the issue.

Important: EchoText does not guarantee that every outside service or sender will deliver to every assigned number. External sender policies remain outside EchoText’s control.
